The Coaching Capability Collective
The Coaching Capability Collective is a supportive, collaborative space for both early-career and experienced financial professionals. Rooted in a community-driven approach, the program brings together like-minded individuals who share, contribute, and grow together. It is designed to foster mentorship, business development, and professional collaboration, helping each member provide high-quality services to their communities.
Since 2007, Andi Wrenn has mentored and cultivated networking opportunities for personal finance professionals. She is a four-time award recipient for her work in mentorship and career development. Many AFC® professionals and Candidates she has mentored have expressed interest in developing their own programs—from small private practices to large-scale educational initiatives. Andi has helped these professionals turn their visions into reality.
In 2014, she envisioned a collaborative group of solo practitioners who could co-create pricing models, develop products, and design consumer-focused programs. Although one-on-one mentorship continued due to her demanding schedule, the time has come to bring this collective vision to life. Andi believes that community is key to embedding the AFC® into the communities they serve.
The Coaching Capability Collective is a mentorship and professional development initiative tailored to financial professionals building or growing their practice in financial education, counseling, and coaching—whether paid or pro bono. It creates an empowering space for relationship-building and knowledge exchange.
